Sorry I don't follow you. Are you on about how the requirements to get a re-rate are different for different star ratings. In that case yes they are different to make it harder to reach higher ranks.

For example you have to wait 30 days for a re-rate if your one star while it's 45 days for a two stars. It's similar for other star ratings.

If this isn't what you mean please let me know.
 
Sorry for not being clear. I meant the rating provided by the user for each download.

Actually I think there is no option in the landing page for the users to rate the download

There is option only for comments, but not for rating. Or does the rating of each download depends up on comments ?
 
Ah right, well spotted.

I have a cron script running checking all the download links in the database with the intention of removing lots of dead topics that are a few years old. In an effort to reduce server load while it's checking all the links I disabled one or two what I consider minor features temporarily. These will be restored in about a week when the checking of all the download links is finished.

Really well spotted though. Nobody else has noticed that.

You were banned for not having the MechoDDL Button on your site and any queued submits would have being rejected as a result.

Then you were unbaned as you added the button and we didn't receive any submits since you have being unbanned.

If your having a problem submitting then use this page to submit http://www.mechoddl.com/submit.php instead of a autosubmitter as it will tell you what your doing wrong if anything.
Then check the queue in the Webmaster Area. If you see them in the Webmaster Area then they will be processed later.

You shouldn't have any trouble since you were unbanned yesterday. It's because you were banned that they were rejected.

If your still having trouble let me know :)


EDIT: add a logo to your site too. This looks lazy. It won't get you banned but you'll never get a higher rating.

All you have to do is click the Request Re-rate button in the Webmasters Area and your site will be re-rated in a few hours. The whole process and system is easy and fast.

Yeah works perfectly, i just got my 2* yesterday and it was re-rated within a few hours of requesting

What are you on about Mr.WT? You keep saying re-rate but you know well how the system works as I've told you hundreds of times and you've used it successfully many times yourself already.

Just click the Request Re-Rate button in the Webmaster Area if you want a re-rate. If you've any other problems let me know :)

We don't have a whitelist or that message anywhere. You just register and can then submit. Are you sure you didn't reply in the wrong topic by accident as everything is fine as far as your site goes. Just submit and they will be accepted.
