2. If someone buy Premium through FileFat referral banner, is it count both premium percentage and as referral...?

3. Can FileFat add server time and info time about the plan we have choose ( expired on : date, time ).

To be honest, for the plan, it will be better if not back to default once a week. Some members maybe comfortable with Plan A or Plan B or Plan C, and don't want to change the plan he / she choose every week, just let users to change manually. Only need to add notification if the chance made not reach max 7 days.

4. If possible please add Gif banner, more attractive for visitors...:)

5. On My Account Page, on tab tittle ( i don't know how to called it, but it title for : Account Details, Top 10,Configuration, etc..) please fill with color, don't leave it white, little bit monoton to see. Fill it with blue color or othe color like news and promos head title.

i want to know if downloading through seedbox or windows servers
are counted or not??!!

Can you please explain why it is slow. We are not experiencing any problem here. Please also send report to support with user ID.

Hi Filefat..

This is regarding the promo promotion "which you announced on May 28th".. I have posted the promotion on May 28th before most of the other users promoted it..

But I still did not get any free premium upgrade for my account..I even do not know why name is not considered for the promotion?

Dear Partners,

We apologise for the delay in payments reaching you in the last week, those of you who have been using us know that we are very quick in making payments especially to via paypal. let me explain what has been going on in the last week or so. We received anonymous reports of some accounts cheating us out of money, firstly we thank the people who contacted us to report this as they could have easily cheated too but chose not to do so. So for the last 2 weeks we have been going through every account literally one by one to identify and terminate the cheats (those of you who have contacted us directly would know this as we have explained). Needless to say within a day or two we will be completed and payments will be released, we apologise about this, if you have not received payments 2 days contact our account guys here info {at} filefat.com and it will be sorted. Oh and please note if your payment is via Alertpay, it may take a couple more days longer. And finally, lots us you have contacted us about webmoney payments, we are pleased to inform you that we should have this sorted out within a week :).

One more thing, we now offer unlimited downloads for free users, they just have to wait 10 minutes for the next downloads, think some of you may like that :).
