As I keep saying sites do not have to be added to a whitelist. Just add a backlink and start submitting. As long as you don't break any of the general ddl site rules as stated in my first post and have a linkback your site will not be blacklisted and your downloads will be accepted :)
 
getting a bunch of errors:

date() [function.date]: It is not safe to rely on the system's timezone settings. You are *required* to use the date.timezone setting or the date_default_timezone_set() function. In case you used any of those methods and you are still getting this warning, you most likely misspelled the timezone identifier. We selected 'Europe/London' for 'BST/1.0/DST' instead

Tried to visit the place and get the following error;
