I submitted like 1000+ submissions to ddl0 & was like 3* or 4* but now its banned site. I guess u guys have imported too old db. anyways can u unban these sites. So do i have to start from ground 0 ?

Every DDL site has a queue and every DDL site requires you to wait while your queued downloads are accepted. What's so irritating about DDL0's queue?
