Hello friends,
I am plan to get a office in USA , I want to know the procedures such as the cost of a normal office room and if i need to take any extra licence or anything other ? :sun:

uh, theres some obvious info missing here:


- how many square feet do you want of space
- do you want a simple room or a store front
- Where in the US do you want it - that will greatly affect cost

You can only operate a business in a commercially zoned area - lots of places are both residential and commercial so its not that hard. You'll need a business permit and other things depending on what type of business it is.
 
The price of the office depends on the area, so choice a state or city with a cheap offices and low business filing charges.

It also depends what area of New York City, closer downtown tends to be more expensive than uptown which becomes very urban around after 86th st
