I'm hosted there and today everything's shot. Site went down and all.
Your support system isn't working and gives an internal error.
All your msn and yahoo IMs aren't online.

Is there ANY SUPPORT available from you?

A friend of mine decided to open that and make me sales manager. He told me that he bought several vps' for the hosting, but all the people he bought from returned his money and because of that his paypal got locked....

I didnt know that he would be chicken shit enough to not respond to people though, i apologize for that....

I am on limited funds myself, but I will be glad to host anyone that was hosted by him, for free...

Pm, im or email me and tell me what he specs had you hosted under, and i will attempt to match him. Although the bandwidth will be a little less as i dont have unlimited this month :'(

I was looking to move to a vps in the near future anyway....

As far as any of his resellers, Im not a master reseller so i cant help at the moment... except for suggesting places to go...

I don't care about the money or the site for that matter. I'll make a new site.
What I DO care about is the fact that my domain is registered through him.

So if he doesn't give me access to the domain so I can move it, I'm pretty much screwed. You sold his service, so you should take some responsibility.I'd appreciate it if if you could give me access to my domain hddump.org

Ok, ill contact him and see what i can do. If not for nothing else, he should still have that info <_<

And i do accept responsibility, hence why im offering free hosting to those who were affected by him :O
 
Well again i apologize for that, and when he logs on, i will grab his enom info to get everyone their domains back.

as far as his backups are concerned, i have no clue where he put them or if he even did them, but i can say that the hoster i am with, does daily offserver backups, so that if this ever did happen to him, the customers wont have lost all...

His advice, you gotta verify it...
Everyone starts somewhere... i learned the hard way when i started hosting... ended up closing my company because my server security was way too lax...

The site was up for an hour or so. I used the time to quickly ftp my whole directory so I have a backup of my site :)
Now I just need the domain.
