I was just wandering how to give the notices like that of warezscene.
Its given on top left.

It is quite good.
Can anyone temme how to do that

lol you are saying like my site is the duplicate of WarezScene.
Its just one notice idea.

you can make your site cool by adding the GOOD things from here and there and main is from your own mind ideas.You shud add things which you like.
