Hello, I am interested on buying a VPS from NL.

I will be hosting some movies and streaming them to my website.
I want a offshore vps so I dont have to worry about DMCA notices.

Space: 100-150GB is fine.
BW: 70 TB/month or more.
Ram: 1-2GB
Port: 1 Gbit

Don't know why you think that netherland is offshore, but you are wrong. I have heard that multiple times but don't get the reason why they even bother thinking that.
