Hello, we are sorry our email system doesn't work due to DDoS attack on our main node, you can contact us on our support center.

If your site is down again i suggest you to contact us asap, to set it online.
i suggest you also to look into your junk email folder to see email sent by us in the previous day.
 
I can vouch for the great contact through the support center...submitted tickets are usually answered very fast. Should have been your first stop. ;)

I think this matter was handled very professionally. Some people are spending many hours without sleep taking care of problems caused by idiots.

Thanks you for your support! usually ticket are responded within 1 hour, when ticket list are more high this can be delayed through.

Never more than 12 hour (y)
 
We expend our networks and just got a new servers in netherlands for shared.

I recently sign up with UnderHost based on impressions given at wjunction, I havn't been disappointed, set up time was fast and the response time and quality of replies to submitted tickets has been excellent. No complaints id highly recommend them to anyone. :)
 
NL1 is again down.. the support tickets are indeed answered quickly tho.. 99.9% uptime might be slightly high estimate tho

UP again, problem seem to be caused per webanalizer logs get stuck and increase load.
CPanel team and our team fixed the error and continue to monitor each Logs to be sure all goes well.
