There are no issues with the download counting,
However we have an issue with Paypal. Please have some faith and wait for us to fix this.
Other payment processors should be available soon too, this one seems to be a good news :)

Paypal has been terminated for Nitrobits. Funds are frozen for 180 days and in that time no transfers or withdrawals can be made. Nitrobits will not be allowed to process with Paypal again.

Ok, now I know why I wasn't getting any sales.

Please allow at least direct credit card processing, that shouldn't be hard. And set an paypal account just for payments.
