Newb question: Revshare vs recuring

I started a new niche tube site and am going to go with 247 media group for my affiliate program because they specialize in my particular niche.
in there affiate tools section I can pick encoded links or unencoded?
whats the difference?

Also they have two programs
Rev share (50% recurring) and webmaster referral (5% of revenue)

what are the differences between these programs and which one is good for a a niche tube site?

if its a legal go for revshare. Revshare is for visitors that will buy a account from your sponsor link or banner, and webmaster referral revenue -> you will earn every motnh 5% of the webmaster that signed up via your referral link.

I Personally Prefer revshare, I just think its must much simple and easy.
