Nice, but not a fan of the color's.. Blue just looks so.. Cheesy :P

Favicon looks great.. If your going to keep the blue theme I suggest you change the navigation text colors.. Some are hard to see

Other then that, not bad.

One look at it and I zapped it away again. Your choice of colours/theme is not ok. The contrast is to big. It hurts my eyes.

but u have to change the nav text colour as jSx said..
i think white colour 4 all will be gud
or else change it to light colours...
can't even see "templates "and "scripts"

+ add u'r link back code in the submit downloads or somewhere ..

Personally I think it smells funny on that page...lol
JK...I like it but some of the colors of the categories when are hard to see what they are... IE Templates is impossible to read on the lighter blue.
