Basically this site mostly has big adult sites using it, but i decided to add a warez category hopefully it picks up.
You just sign up http://reignontop.com/index.php?page=join and put a link on your website in order to vote.
There are MANY anti-cheating security in play, its not impossible to cheat but you will be caught and banned.
Your site will only be displayed if its sending in traffic. You must send a MIN of 1 hit in the reset period to be listed. Simple as that. Your link may be text does not matter.
Anyway check it out, and im still working on making some more updates so dont get whiny lol its free traffic.
