Well,
'WarezKing' has no meaning, at least to me. So, I find that the site name isn't quite well. Neither, TLD. Because .us isn't for illegal sites, or sites outside USA. But, It's your site.
Template is good. I liked it, I don't know why you didn't changed the logo, because that template was coded by Phantom (Dominic) for Curtis129, he owned WarezTheGFX. I'll assume that you have rights to use the template.
User legend isn't needed, because It's ruining the template. It's not matching at all.
And now, it would be great if you removed "Powered by vBulletin" from title, because It's making it long. It can be done via Language/Phrases via Admin Panel, search for "x_powered_by_vbulletin". And remove it. Or it can be done by editing the forumhome (I assume, I haven't used vB for long time.).
Categories, forums, and subforums are fine.
