Use sleek fonts for publicity; comment directed at that image in your post.
The banner really needs to be redone. You have a sleek feel on the rest of the skin and the banner just does not fit.

The banner does not look very professional try changing the colour of the b/g too orange isnt a great colour! Custom icons would be good too, it will be a plus to your forum. You missed one more thing, a favicon!

Overall a great looking site keep it up.
