OK well there was a mistake done with the name servers from the new owner. The issue is being fixed and all the sites should be online shortly. They are sorry from the delay. If you wish to contact them do not ask me. Go to thehostingpalace.com and look there as I have gotten 500 people asking me for it and it is tiring. Do RESEARCH!
 
Now my website is down.
I cannot find support for about one week.
No one has tried to set up the account I used at THP so that I can create a support ticket.
What it is going on?
I cannot longer stay at this host if you continue like this.(I am complaining about the "no-support" matter).
 
I REALLY dont mean to be a pain, but I cannot get to the client page for support (my email isnt found?) but my site has gone down again, but I know that things will work out so im just gonna sit and wait =]
 
Please go to THP and sign up there with the new owner. He is the greatest guy goohman and I am positive you will not be disappointed. He is straightforward and honest. The new company told me they bought THP however THP is running and working very hard for it's customers. :) PM me for further information....

So I have to re-signup? He told me that I have to change my DNS settings, but I cant do it, he has to do it.

but how do I sign up order a new plan?
 
someone else BadBoy.. I will have him sign in here and see what is happening. He can direct you. Yes you have to resign., It is a shame that everyone is so confused. I sure was but I went to tech at thehostingpalace and met the new person and worked it all out with him while my forum got switched around from one place to another. I am a very haopy camper now, as I once was LOL

I'm Greg... The new owner of THP....

Recently the CLIENTS of THP have been sold due to a transaction between "speakup" me and Erupt.

So all of the "old" clients prior to feb 24th have been moved to Erupt and are now customers of theirs.

Anybody looking for new service from THP is welcome to sign up and get an account on the web site.

I know in the past the support/servers haven't been the best but they are better then before and the support is done by somebody that cares/has time to do it.

So if you have any questions just email support@thehostingpalace.com and I'll address your concern shortly after receiving the email.
