Intel quad core processor | 4GB RAM | 2TB HDD | 100TB Bandwidth | for max $100/mo.

Pls help me.

Thank you..I will have a look. any other suggestions or reviews on ctrlswitches.com?

Unfortunately have never heard of them bud. How are you building the Ecommerce? i.e. a specific CMS? There's a plethora of providers out there and depending on the size of the site, upgrade or downgrade options available. However IMO the Managed service is only as good as the team that backs it up.

I still feel Managed Dedicated is over kill starting out, perhaps a managed VPS or VPS with Cpanel installed. That'll serve the purpose and leave money in his budget to use for operational costs, expansion and marketing initiatives. Plus it allows him to scale the farm or use a few click migration onto a dedicated if need being later if more resources are needed. Or simply have the specialist team do the migration for him. Again if you're building this locally first, once the build is complete, will get a better idea of start up resources needed as well. However from my experience, it's over kill.

Haven't OP made choice yet?
I'd suggest Hostwinds which I used for a while and totally satisfied with their stability and client care service.
