What's wrong with you Evil? Don't need to be such a dick. Maybe it's unmanaged or their support sucks? This is the technical support section.

Netdirekt support doesn't do the reinstalltion they will never even touch your server unless there is any major issue :|

If ND doesn't even touch it, how would reinstallation be performed ? The link you gave just says about reinstallation on linux based OS like Ubuntu, Debian and CentOS. It doesn't include about Windows Server 2008.

Windows is also installed the same way :| if you have windows activated on your server you just need to select windows . Also if you dont have any info of this please dont give lame comments

I agree its good but dont you feel such things can be directly asked to the dc if they dont help you then ask here ? When you buy a server would you contact the person you brought the server from or you would contact the person who reffered you ?
 
If the person that referred me was a public board with a technical section and I was in no big rush, I'd ask them. There are more people so you might get a wide variety of tips
 
It's technical support section so anything concerning Hardware and software can be asked here. He asked about how to reinstall, so guys kindly help him by giving proper answer or stay away from this thread.

This thread is not created to discuss "From where I can get OS installation support". As its topic title is not what I mentioned, I don't think foolish replies are needed.
 
you should have a customer panel if it is straight through netdirekt and you have to request for the rebuild through the customer panel and within 24 hours they will open up the rebuild platform on the server. Once it is open you will recive an email telling you how to access it through ssh and it has somewhat of an interface and you choose what you want to install on the server.
