Needs to fix PHP Mail error in DLE (Help Required)

Hello,

I'm experiencing some sort of PHP mail error

Whenever i tried to contact us page or a user wants to recover his forget password, he receives this error. Its not a template error. I've checked it. So it means this error belongs to my hosting account. Which thing needs to be fix in my Hosting?

Because, your server don't allow phpmail function or it's not working properly,
try to use smtp option instead...

I've used SMTP details. Its fixed regarding forget password option. But its not working in "Contact US" form. It says "Incorrect Email "

Why is that?
