Shared NEEDING [Offshore Host]

well i currently have tried about 4 hosts and my members are getting pissed
off by the downtime.

I need a host that can host the below.
Bandwidth-300GB
Disk Space about 1 GB-2 GB is all i need
Can Host Nulled Vbulletin Scripts [i actually have a license but want CMS for free] and warez linking.

I've tried a bunch of hosts and they tell me i use too much CPU.
so i decided to check if anyone can host the above.

usually there are like 100-150 members online.

also something that's around $12 usd a month

100-150 members usually constitutes a VPS plan, it's reaching the limit for shared hosting. Also you can try semi dedicated.
