Needing advice for CPM

I've a blog of tvseries with download links & stream links.I'm having 5k hits per day.So I'm wanting to have some CPM ads in my blog.I've saw smowtion & contextweb.But we've to first submit irs w8 ben form before getting paid.So my question is, Is it safe to do so in current situation?
I want some suggestion from you guys.

In my op. submitted irs w8 is a bit risky. Your giving away your Social Number which can be used for a lot of things. Find smaller companys that dont require it.
