my 1st suggestion would be lower the sections .... i and peps mostly hate numorous sections and scroll all the way down for something -_-

The sections seem enough. I mean, you don't need to reduce them.

Also, the current skin is nice, just customize the images so that it looks unique.
You should place a legend to tell users what colour is which rank, makes things easier you know.

Honestly? I just love it, looks sexy and very neat. Logo is awesome, but you could use a favicon .

Change the forums button.
Change the logo. I think that logo is the default logo provided in the skin.
It is irritating the eyes too use something good dude. . .

It seems that you are using myBB use a betta theme and myBB is rich in SEO so you can get much traffic.
