If you want DMCAs ignored either get a reverse proxy through Ecatel -> Normal VPS or get a VPS provider with servers at ecatel (hard to find)

I don't provide VPS or servers, just hosting on my servers. Datacenter is Elion in Estonia. Never got a DMCA complain and I host several big warez sites.

There is a host here who has servers @ ecatel. They are the only ones that dont care about dmca.

I used to have vps's @ ecatel, but you can see scopehosts if they still can offer it for you.
