Need vps hosting top quality (urgent)

not sure about what package i need , dont flame me for not knowing exactly what i need.

i need something that allows warez hosting ie rapidshare links or similair links.

plenty of space needed, plenty of bandwith , c-panel, ftp access and is fast

i have maybe $100 or at a push $110 a month.

what can any 1 offer me, my sites up but my host has asked me to find alternative hosting i have sql back up and full forum back up.

if u can offer me this i will join up and pay monthly through paypal need this urgent if any one can help.

i was wondering which would suite my site best didnt no if it would be dedicated or vps and i made the thread and then a member here sorted me some hosting.

so to save any more wasted replies i was merly saying its been sorted.
