VPS Need VPS for upload

I need:
OS: win server 2003-2008
Ram: 512MB-1 GB
Unrar- rar : good
bandwidth: unlimited
price: 30-60$
Location: US or UK, NL, Ger

well if you are keen on trying ubuntu desktop for your upload, do look me up. can assist you with the setup and the requirements that you need on ur desktop and to remote in with ease =P ...assist some of the wj users here who took up my service before.

Not trying to fight, but just clearing it out - openVZ (which doesnt run windows) is the only one with burstable ram.

Xen, Xen PV, Xen HVM, KVM (non openvz vps's - which allow running windows) have SWAP.
