Need urgent help for Paypal!

Hello friends!

I have more then 80$ on my Paypal and cannot Withdraw them.

When I go to withdraw it says:

To withdraw funds from your PayPal account to a credit, debit, or prepaid card, add a card with a Visa logo.

And Visa debit card is already added to My Paypal account.

I have tried to remove it and I remove it and then added it again and again the same problem.

Can anyone please please help me what to do?

My 14 years friends don't use debit/credit cards. And my mom and dad card is already used.

Ask your Uncle or Aunt or whoever you have who is close to you and trustworthy.
Or get an account in moneybookers and attach your mums or dads bank account and withdraw the amount.

Oh ask someone to exchange the money from paypal to moneybookers.

Dont worry make a new account with your uncles name and address and then transfer the money to your uncles paypal account and then get it transferred to your uncles bank account or whatsoever.
