Dedicated Need Unmetered BW, 1TB HD, Good I/O, CPU

Looking for under $50. Need a Dedi With Truely Unmetered BW I currently use about 40TB of BW a month. 1TB HD With Good I/O, and a decent CPU.

Looking for France, Netherlands, Canada, etc.

All files are legal so not DCMCA abuse or anything like that.

If you are looking for a Dedicated Server. I don't think you will get more than 100 Mbps unmetered for 50$, which will give you around ~ 33TB Bandwidth (Theoretically).
Looks like your demands are pretty high for a small amount of money.
Maybe stick to your current host. [pokerface]
