Need tutorials for learn to draw

Hello, i want to start career in youtube, i have much ideas and unique ideas, like facebook, fiverr,etc. And i will have 100% succes but i need some tutorials in illustrator for drawing, i will animate in after effects. I want to draw like this guy:Dragon Ball Zee 2 (18+) - YouTube


P.S. I forgot to say i don't have talent on drawing..

i dont think there are any tutorials out there, just draw all day long and u will get better.
