Just upload to sites like videobb.com, divxshare or videozer and simply ad the embed code of the upload into your posts. People with high internet speed prefer streaming and people with slow internet don't. Share them on sites accepting steaming links or make a category on your site(if you have) and upload the things to the streaming sites along with normal uploading you do. That clears it off.
If a user views the video within your embedded code(which u uploaded) then you will get a view and this is how it goes. Movies, TV Shows are good to go in this.
