Need to edit footer.

Hello Guys, i want to edit my blogs footer

I want to make it link exchange field. For the first and last columns, there is option to edit in admin panel via theme options. But i cant edit the site links area.

I have the footer.php in http://pastebin.com/VfjR5WFu

theme is encrypted u can't edit

This free theme is encrypted you can't decrypt this but you have one solution :
Paste the html code into your footer.php and place wordpress sidebar/functions code.
