If you only want to get help by some Indian, try registering on some Indian WEBMASTER forum. If you want to get help by some good webmasters (indians too) Then You will surely get it from here...
Here are some tips for you:

-SEO your site by paying some bucks to a good SEO'er

-Get some good amount of quality backlinks for your site.

-Most important, don't run after quantity, Quality matters all.

These are few tips I remember atm :D
