need suggestion for file host

hi every one i am going to start mini file host where user upload only less than 100 mb file now i need idea about this server

• Intel Core i3 2100
• 4 GB DDR3 RAM
• 500 GB S-ATA2
• 50 TB Traffic

if daily user increase what should i do change server processor(Core i5, Core i7 , Xeon) OR increase RAM(8 GB , 16GB)

A single HDD is shit, since if it fails you loose all data, you should definitely consider at least RAID1. And 500GB is really little space...
Ram, processor and other stuff is not that important for a file server.

You need at least two HDDs and make a mirrored RAID1 where you can still only use the capacity of one but you keep your data safe and if one disk fails, you still have all data on the other one. And HDDs in servers are the no. 1 component to fail!
