Hey,

Get your own VPS/Dedi, it will work out cheaper. Currently the prices for Video Flash Hosting are ridiculous. I'd go for an VPS/Dedi with high bandwidth, about 1/2GB ram would be fine.

i do got some cheap vps and dedi servers, but i cant offer a speacial made server for streaming

So i guess youd better take someone else
