I am currently looking for someone that has experience in SEOing in Wordpress, I have done a little but would like it to be done correctly, I have $10 which I will give which I know isnt alot, but I will also advertise your site, I know this will only get me probably the basic SEO but I am willing to pay it.

If you really need someone to do a proper SEO by some person who really knows about it, that price is not even close for a professional work, my advice is to take a look at above Mr Happy's thread, and follow along.
