Hiring Need some one to restore my site

Hi i want some one to restore a site i have recently brought wareztown.org the seller gave me the backup file is not cpanel backup file. its* a rar file with .sql + entire public_html folder..

site is VB 3.5.8

and i have cpanel installed in my hosting....

I have attached domain in my hosting...so em loocking for some one to restore the site back..

i can pay 2-3$
only experienced ppl Pm me or reply here...

Why hire someone, all you have to do is get the sql database & zip it then restore it via cpanel & then get the public_html folder contents and upload it via ftp or something, you could always just do it all via cpanel but it depends on what you prefer to do once thats done just change the congif to the database and then voila
