Need some info about moneybookers.

I am using Alertpay. I don't need to verify to send & receive money. Do I need to verify my account to get & send payment on Moneybookers?

i dont about limits in alertpay but for moneybookers you have to verify with a credit/debit card or bank account to raise outgoing limits.
