Need some advice about postnews

hi guys
i am planing to buy this tool named postnews , i hope some of you have used it , i am not author in any dle sites so if i buy postnews and just post in about 1400 sites (the list that comes with the tool) will i get good hits ? or els is it just a tool only for authors in sites

well it might be a scam , you should check for more reviews about that app in google.
