Need site design modifications

I am looking for a designer to work and adapt my website http://www.tocacity.com

I want the overall design to stay the same, but I want the layout changed and also a couple of buttons and feed to be fitten within the site layout so it looks a lot better.

Design must be minimalistic and simple!
