Need offshore shared hosting for :

a adult forum
and a adult image host

For the Adult Forum - RapidTechHosting (Heard good things about them from respected users, but, no self-experience.)

And for the image host, I suggest you to go for VPS. Many web-hosts would give reasons like, out of resourse, high load script, etc and kick you out from their services if you are on shared host.

Make sure you check each hosts TOS and Polices before going with them since you are doing some shady stuffs :p
