Need service! My VPS doesn't start!

I have restarted my VPS, and after that the server stoped working....
Nothing works... neither WHM or websites.
The vps appears like ON, but it is consuming 1MB of memory (there is no active service).
Do you know what's going on?

wait about 5 minutes.

then turn it back on.

If after about 5 - 10 minutes it isn't back online contact your host.
there's very little anyone can do to help you since it's a problem with the panel api connecting to their server.

My server provider told me to reinstall my vps. <_<
But I can't make a backup of the database -.-

If your IP was null routed your server would still start,

Why dont you tell your host to boot the virtual server from his side ?

Is there any way to get the database with the ftp? Im really tired of this provider.
