Hi all,

I need a coder. I want to save my all posts from my megathread as txt files to my computer.

Forexample :

I have ABCDEFG megathread in a forum. And there are 200 posts in this topic.

I want to save all these posts in this megathread as txt to my computer.

Like that :

1.Post of Topic will be saved to my computer as 1.txt
2.Post of Topic will be saved to my computer as 2.txt
3.Post of Topic will be saved to my computer as 3.txt
.....

If I'm not mistaken, soft2050's app works only for txt files. Not for web pages.

Ok after long conversations with him I can clear up what he is wanting coded.

A client side windows program that when he goes to any site that has multiple pages for a topic, blog or whatever he can start this program and it will read the first page of data and split into seperate post text files or a long continuos text.
It will automatically find the next page and go to that one and continue with creating the text files for the posts.
This will work on all types of forums and blogs and will work basically off the total pages shown on the current page being viewed.

Good luck to anyone who takes this on.

My 2 cents --> when the bot goes to the next page automatically, you might get some duplicate entries if the forum/blog is very active (y)
