Very nicely designed, but find a better place for the search box.

Forums:
Change the title, it looks silly the way it is now (~|Bangladesh Etcetera|~)
Change the font and it's color on the guest notice
Find a better place for the Katz button (personally I'd put it where the ShareThis link is) - example sketch
Remove that poopish-yellow bar below the notice
Hide the chatbox from guests
Fix forum descriptions (!Forum description)
Put everything below Powered by vBulletin (including that) right below the time (and make the font black). - example sketch

Homepage - I dont like the colors of the template, why dont you try with other ones like; blue,red?

Forums - That goes same for forums too, the logo is good but it would look better on a darker skin.
