Need Partner for a New Forum

As most of you know i use to Run warez-ape.com i have sold it few months ago
i was retired from warez
No am back i cant leave warez

I am planning to make a new Warez Forum.
I need a Partner for it who can help me and run the site when ever i am busy
i will select at least 2 or more partner

I will pay the domain and install the script and a new theme ect.
I will pay for Host and other stuff what ever the site needs
If we Earn money you will get 50% of it
