VPS Need Offshore VPS for private Proxy

I'm looking for a small cheap VPS with yearly payment.
the VPS should have:
- at least 128mb RAM
- at least 2tb traffic
- at least 5gb space
- at least a shared 100mbit, better a shared 1000mbit connection
- price lower than 48 dollar yearly

As offshore hosting is not that cheap because of IP and Bandwidth charges.

See if you can find any offshore offers there

You won't find one here. Try LowEndBox as ServerPolice said.
Then also you won't be able to get a great offshore service at that amount. Maybe increase your budget.
