Do post details about your server location, datacenter, specs, what's allowed, what's not, private ns allowed or not, etc.

I'd prefer hosts which have cPanel/WHM with fantastico or softaculous.

Sorry there's no such thing.

You'd be better off getting your own VPS or Dedi.

There are no good Offshore Resellers, nor any that offer Unmetered. (as there's no such ting like i stated)
