Need hosting!

I need some cheap hosting with a fair amount of storage/bandwidth. I plan to host multiple domains. One domain will be for a forum, one domain will be for a file hosting service (similar to easy-share), and one will be for a proxy (similar to hidemyass). Whether the hosting allows warez linking or not doesn't matter to me, as I won't be doing anything "illegal". When I said a "fair" amount of storage/bandwidth, I'm talking at least 50gb storage, and 1000gb bandwidth. I've found other hosts for around $4.95/mo far surpassing my needs with the storage and bandwidth, but they do not allow proxy hosting.

I think you have to purshase a vps or dedi to start file hosting service
And for 4.95$ you won't get anything
