need help with auto post xml file

can some one help me please i am trying to make a ripper xml file for 2 sites and i am stumped the 1st site section i need to do one for is

its vBulletin and i am using sharpleech! Beta
and i keep messing up the xml file the second site is

and it is MyBB

i need to rip the hacks off thoes sites and post them on my website
i will not post the link to that because i dont want to seem like i am spamming
so any help with this please feel free to im me or to email me dosghost1@gmail.com use title XML files or something thanks all this site is great!
