Have sent money to my payooner US Bank account via paypal it didn't load to my card and i find a fee for activation

what is this activation for???

my account already ativaded

and also i didn't receive automatic paypal withdrawal

can you please give me some explanation

i already read it the only thing i find is "Annual card account maintenance'' $29.95 i thought this for renew expired card basing on the word "maintenace".
but what about automatic paypal withdrawal i didnt receive anything i just wanna make sure that won't happen again

There is an issue with the fee description for the first year's annual fee, as it shows up as "Activation Fee". Please note that this is the first year's annual fee, and so you won't be charged the amount until 1 year from that date.

The issue should be resolved shortly, to properly show up as "Annual Fee"
