Need help, IPB converting trouble.

Sup guys,

today I converted my board from phpbb3 to IPB 3.1.4, using the ipb converter, Most things have worked but the most essential part, the members hasn't, it says the members are there, but when the members try and login it has no record of there account/email.

I think I followed all the steps correctly but I cant seem to fix this, any help would be greatly appreciated as this is an urgent matter.

I thought I did, and no, it is not recognising users or emails

Do the whole process again. It might work out for you

Create a new member and compare that member record against a converted one that does not work to see if you can find any differences.
