Need Help - How Can I add data into excel and import into wordpress

any one can help men. I want to make lots of post in my wordpress blog. All my data stored in xls in normal way.

I would like to know is there is any way where I can add my data into excel file and then after I can import on my wordpress blog

That sounds like something that could be developed by a cheap outsourcer. I would try sites like elance or odesk and post your project specs there. You can probably get the project done for under $25.
